The commercial laundry & workwear suppliers service that we offer is greatly enhanced by the team that we have working around us. Because of this, we take great pride in staff development and our working environment. We actively encourage staff development and love to see our staff progress within the company. All of our senior staff have started in junior roles within Rocliff and have worked their way to their current positions.
Our staff are the keystone to our service, our commercial laundering services just wouldn’t be the same without their input. We routinely meet to discuss ways to improve our efficiency and gather their feedback.
Both directors are involved in the day to day running of the factory, and can even be sighted occasionally helping on the factory floor! It is this hands-on approach that we feel gives us unparalleled knowledge of our customers garments and separates us from our competition.
Both of the Directors look to pass the business across to their sons, Alistair and Charlie, in the future. This new generation will ensure that the service we have cultivated continues for many years to come.
